Man Detained 12 years Without Trial

THE Legal Resources Foundation (LRF) has made an application for Constitutional Bail in a matter in which a man in Kasama has been detained for over 12 years without trial.
John Chishimba Mutale of Chibota Village in Mporokoso was arrested and detained in February 1994 for murder and committed to the high court in 1998 but since then has not been tried.
