Police transport blues save child defiler

NG'OMBE Police Post officers in Lusaka recently failed to arrest a 32-year-old man who defiled his teenage niece and infected her with a sexually transmitted disease (STD).
According to information reaching the LRF News, the officers had failed to arrest the suspect because of lack of transport.
