claiming they were acting on her husband's instructions. The woman is
alleged to have stolen a table from the matrimonial home. But LRF Principal
Advocate Geoffrey Mulenga said that a woman could not steal from her
matrimonial home because by law, the institution of marriage law confers
common ownership of property.
